Account customers
Many businesses are happy to call Drain Doctor when they need us. They receive a fixed price for each job and pay us as soon as the job is finished.
However, for many other businesses, especially those who use us regularly they prefer having a credit account with us.
The benefits are:
- You only pay for the time spent on site – often saving you money
- It is not always convenient or possible to pay by cash, cheque or card the same day – our account customers have 30 day credit terms
- If we have to prioritise because of large volumes of emergency call outs our account customers take priority
- We can develop a working partnership to improve your plumbing and drainage facilities to reduce the number of costly emergencies
