“These guys are amazing! Called on a Sunday about a blocked toilet drain that we thought had cracked and was leaking raw sewage into a cavity in the house. Rachel went through the pricing with me for a pressure clean and CCTV of the drain to check whether it needed repaired. She assured me that Kieran would be out the next day and we would go from there with what needed to be done. As promised, Kieran came out early afternoon, unblocked the drain and checked for cracks which thankfully, there were none. He was extremely knowledgeable and allayed my fears that structural damage had been caused and told us what the next steps were. From start to finish both Rachel and Kieran were polite and personable and the service they provided was both professional and good value. I would not hesitate to recommend the Drain Doctor to anyone.”
