“Thank you so much for sending Darren today to sort out my parents' plumbing problem. Darren came this Sunday evening at short notice. My elderly mother has just been diagnosed with terminal cancer and my father, as a result of his Aspergers, has refused to maintain the house or accept help so the situation had become an emergency. Darren was kind, professional, and thoughtful. He explained everything clearly, carefully, and thoroughly. I can't really find the words to explain how relieved and thankful I felt that he was able to fix the problem so quickly and even reduced the charge because it turned out to be a simpler job than we'd thought. Darren explained that I can nominate him for a 'poo point'. However, if you have anything like 'employee of the year' can I nominate him for that too?
