I was so impressed with Clayton
“I was so impressed with the Drain Doctor technician, Clayton, who came out to sort out a problem with a cast-iron downpipe etc today, I've taken the trouble to email you anyway. After a series of disastrous efforts to solve the downpipes problem (people not turning up, cowboys doing very little, people wanting to cut the bottom of the cast iron pipe etc) it was refreshing to have a technician arrive on time, to assess the situation carefully and to show a thoroughly professional approach to his work. Clayton explained exactly what he was going to do and he worked efficiently in the most appalling rain and wind. It was miserable out there this morning! I was shown the camera pictures of the pipes and soakaway and in addition, was interested to have a camera survey of the main drain too. I learnt a lot and it was helpful to have the extra knowledge should I have a similar problem on any of the other downpipes in future. Thank you, Drain Doctor. Your technician was professional, efficient, thorough and courteous. I'm hoping that a solution has been found to the damp problem...... thanks again. No hesitation in recommending you to others and will certainly be in touch if similar problems arise in the future.”

“After some months of intermittent issues with a SaniFlo unit, it finally gave up the ghost due to issues with the outflow from the system. Without facilities there was no way I was able to have my young, and somewhat 'productive' boys to stay with me, at a time when it has been so important for them and myself to be able to spend time together. Due to the urgency and somewhat complex nature of the issue, Darren, Jon, Clayton and Josh had all been on site to find the best solution which, once found was promptly implemented, giving me, my children, landlord and neighbours affected by the issue great relief in a great variety of ways(pun intended).
