Our customer-specific reports allow us to recommend the most appropriate and economical fixes, while also reporting on your KPIs. Our reports also give customers insight into their drainage and plumbing infrastructure, completed work, and help to measure progress against the KPIs in place. Our commercial partners are able to utilise our infrastructure and maintenance reporting expertise.
At Drain Doctor, each client has a key account executive as their single point of contact, who has full visibility of works including technician notes and invoicing, and will familiarise themselves with internal teams.
For commercial clients it’s important to have access to a dedicated account team who are able to help manage the drainage and plumbing for larger facilities such as commercial properties or industrial units. Commercial contract holders will benefit from the following with a dedicated Drain Doctor account manager:
Managing KPIs and reporting on maintenance work is hugely important for organisations, and in a rapidly changing world, Drain Doctor will help protect your business against potential risks. Legislation is in place for many elements of infrastructure, such as FOGs, flood management and the installation and maintenance of pumps to deal with excess clean or wastewater.
We utilise IT management systems to ensure any scheduled work is booked in and that our engineers visit your site to check the pipework, empty the grease traps, clear the gulley and guttering, and take care of all your plumbing and drainage needs. Our IT management system handles the workflow process, keeping our key account partners updated with all the work scheduled and completed.
We offer an initial inspection and design monthly, quarterly and annual schedules, as well as providing reports on any of the work carried out. This helps partners manage budgets, offset risk and focus on other areas of the business without worrying about the drainage and plumbing.
