The appointment was incredibly easy to arrange, they were able to fit me in far quicker than I anticipated and the service was professional and clearly explained to me. Would recommend.

Professional team came out to investigate blocked toilet block and after a series of pressure treatments the drains were flowing again. They identified a partial collapsed drain, which is being repaired with a patch on a follow up visit. They are also organising preventative maintenance to remove excessive amounts of kitchen grease from a manhole on the same drain line. They were very respectful of the property and understood our business needs.

Richard from Drain Doctor attended a large commercial premises for our client late on a Thursday evening. He was able to fully investigate the complex Water leak and offer a practical solution to the problem within an hour or so. Due to the scale of the site @ 376,000sq ft Severn Trent were drafted in to isolate the site from the mains in order to resolve the problem.

What a great company we are a school and have had this company out to help with a big drain issue that has been going on for a few years they was incredible from start to finish that was quick at getting us booked in and the 2 lads that came matt and Ross was great lads they was polite anything we needed they provided we will be sure to use again if we ever need them :)
