Block drain you need the best

“I had a problem with a blockage in my drain leading to my septic tank and to say the least I was extremely concerned and anxious, fearing the worst. I phoned Drain Doctor in Malton and from my first engagement with Neil I felt I was in good hands.  He listened and empathised with my problem and without patronising me he took control.  He gave me an eta for an engineers visit which was later in the afternoon, but did say he would try and get someone to me earlier.  As good as his word, he phoned me back and two hours later, engineer Anthony arrived and he was magnificent. From the moment he arrived he was really friendly and reassuring and I just knew we were in good hands. He set about diagnosing the problem in a very methodical way and within the next couple of hours, my septic tank was health checked, flushed out and the blockage was removed.  Finally he health checked all of my drains using his clever piece of kit, running a camera through them. This is my first experience of Drain Doctor and whilst it’s not the most glamorous of subjects, trust me when you can’t use your toilet or shower etc, it becomes the only thing that matters.  They were fantastic.  I am by nature a natural sceptic, so when I read the advert I wondered.  I would go as far as to say that they under promised and over delivered. I hope I don’t need them again as we all do, but if you have a problem, they are the real deal. Many thanks, David Wood Blakey Ridge”
