Job Type:
- Full-time or part-time opportunities.
- Monday to Friday (plus ability to work weekends on a rota and support out-of-hours calls if required).

The Role:
- Answering the telephone following an established script.
- Converting customer enquiries into booked appointments.
- Dispatching engineers to appointments.
- Keeping customers informed of schedule changes.
- Conducting follow-up service calls.
- General office duties including filing, ordering stock, purchase invoice matching and other general administrative duties.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar office-based Customer Service role.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Good administration skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Good all-round IT skills.
